These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and utilization of the digital infrastructure, website, and online platform (collectively, the "Platform") operated by NorTribu Technologies ("NorTribu," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and executed a legally binding agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, browsing, or interacting with any element of the Platform constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These contractual provisions apply uniformly to all corporate entities, organizational representatives, individual visitors, and users of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that you possess the requisite legal capacity, corporate authority, and are at least 18 years of age to enter into contractually binding obligations under applicable statutory frameworks. By utilizing the Platform, you affirm that all analytical, registration, or business information provisioned to NorTribu is accurate, current, and legally compliant.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

The Platform may be utilized strictly for lawful enterprise purposes and in absolute alignment with these Terms. Users are strictly prohibited from executing the following behaviors:

• Utilizing the Platform in a manner that infringes upon applicable municipal, national, or international statutes, laws, or regulatory structures.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized entry to administrative sections of the Platform, associated servers, database arrays, or connected institutional networks.
• Deploying, transmitting, or facilitating the systemic introduction of malicious code, trojan horses, ransomware, or other technologically disruptive software assets.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the structural integrity, security parameters, or operational efficiency of the Platform.
• Employing automated protocols, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining architectures, to extract information from the Platform without explicit written authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts, inhibits, or compromises optimal usage for third parties, or exposes NorTribu, its users, or partners to operational or reputational liability.

4. Informational Limitations and Service Engagements

All content distributed via the Platform is provisioned solely for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a formal commercial offer, actionable professional advice, or a binding covenant regarding specific operational outcomes. Any business reliance upon Platform materials is executed at the user's sole risk. Commercial procurement of NorTribu systems, consulting services, or product suites is governed strictly by separate, written Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed by authorized corporate signatories of both parties.

5. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to source code, databases, software architectures, graphics, text, UI/UX configurations, and systemic documentation, are the exclusive proprietary property of NorTribu Technologies or its licensors. These assets are protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret statutes. No user acquires any ownership, title, or licensing rights by accessing the Platform, and extraction or replication of assets without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Capital and Trademarks

"NorTribu" and all associated graphic marks, logos, and corporate branding represent protected trademarks of NorTribu Technologies. Third-party brand configurations, logos, or product indicators displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective corporate owners. Nothing contained within the Platform shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or proprietary right to utilize any trademark without the express prior written authorization of NorTribu Technologies or the respective third-party owner.

7. User Submissions and Communications

Should you transmit communication, feedback, technical parameters, or operational requirements through the Platform, you represent that you hold undisputed legal title to such information. You grant NorTribu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to utilize such submissions to process your request and enhance our underlying services. Users are explicitly instructed to abstain from transmitting confidential, insider, or proprietary corporate data through unencrypted submission fields.

8. Third-Party Ecosystems and Integrations

The Platform may display links or integrations pointing to external applications, digital architectures, or services managed by third-party entities. Hyperlinks are provided solely for operational convenience; integration does not constitute an endorsement, validation, or assumption of liability for the operational protocols, content accuracy, or data practices of third-party architectures. Interactions with external platforms are subject to the autonomous legal agreements of those respective networks.

9. Comprehensive Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all associated assets are provisioned on an "as is" and "as available" operational basis, without warranties of any variety, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, NorTribu explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, structural fitness for a defined objective, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will remain uninterrupted, continuously accessible, entirely secure, error-free, or devoid of malicious software components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable jurisprudence, in no event shall NorTribu Technologies, its corporate officers, directors, employees, principals, or subsidiaries be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This exclusion encompasses, without limitation, loss of corporate revenue, proprietary data, intellectual capital, operational goodwill, or business disruption overheads arising out of or correlated with your access to, use of, or inability to access the Platform, irrespectively of whether the claim is anchored in contract, tort, warranty, or other statutory legal theories, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Corporate Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NorTribu Technologies, its corporate officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenditures (including reasonable legal fees and regulatory fines) arising from or correlated with your breach of these Terms, unauthorized access to the Platform, or the infringement of intellectual property assets belonging to a third party.

12. Suspension and Termination Metrics

NorTribu retains an absolute and unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any or all portions of the Platform at any juncture, without advance notification, for any administrative rationale, including but not limited to suspected infractions of these Terms. Provisions within these documents which by their structural nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership covenants, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification frameworks.

13. Governing Jurisprudence and Forum Selection

These Terms, along with any systemic disputes arising from Platform interaction, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Telangana, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Parties explicitly submit to the exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, for the adjudication of all legal challenges.

14. Systematic Amendments to Terms

NorTribu reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any juncture under its sole administrative discretion. When updates are executed, the "Last updated" timeline at the head of this document will reflect the current version. Continued interaction with the Platform following the publication of revisions serves as contractual acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability and Totality of Agreement

If any clause, covenant, or provision of these Terms is adjudicated to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an authorized court of law, that specific provision shall be severed without compromising the structural validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining clauses. These Terms, combined with our integrated Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and unified legal agreement between the user and NorTribu Technologies regarding Platform utilization, completely superseding all prior or contemporaneous discussions, understandings, or draft covenants, whether oral or written.
